    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

PUNCH SECTION LENGTHS: 100mm LEFT EAR / 100mm RIGHT EAR / 10mm / 15mm / 20mm / 40mm / 50mm / 200mm / 300mm Note: Special lengths are available at additional cost, just select the standard length and ask us to cut to your requirements.

  • Description
  • Precision Geometry
The primary advantage of a high-quality Press Brake Punch lies in its meticulously ground forming geometry. The punch tip radius and angle are engineered to ensure precise contact with the material, maximizing bending accuracy and ensuring perfect clearance with the chosen V-Die. Utilizing segmented or swan-neck (gooseneck) punches allows fabricators to create complex or deep channel profiles without interference, optimizing tooling flexibility and guaranteeing consistent angular tolerance across all sheet metal bending applications.

    Superior Durability
Our Press Brake Punches are manufactured from specialized, deep-hardened tool steel (often induction-hardened) to provide superior wear resistance and maximum load capacity. This durability is essential, particularly in demanding air bending or bottoming operations involving high bending tonnage. Investing in premium press brake tooling ensures the punch retains its precise profile and sharpness over long production runs, minimizing the need for frequent tool regrinding and offering exceptional long-term reliability and a lower cost per bend.
