This optimized microstructure prevents premature chipping or fracture of the blade edge, especially when shearing high-strength or thicker materials. We ensure consistent hardness uniformity across the entire blade length for reliable, long-lasting cuts.

Correct Clearance is Key

Correct blade clearance is paramount for achieving high-quality cuts and maximizing shearing blade life. Clearance, the gap between the upper and lower blades, must be precisely set based on the material's thickness and type. Too small a gap causes rapid wear and tear; too large a gap results in excessive burr formation and material deformation. We provide detailed clearance charts and technical support to help operators establish the optimal setting for their power shear to ensure efficient material separation.
