    Die Feature
    Single V tooling and double V tooling has only one or two tooling grooves, which is very common in CNC press brake and has high precision. Multi-V lower toolings are mostly square toolings with multiple tooling grooves on four surfaces of different sizes. The advantage is that there are many tooling grooves and it can adapt to the bending of various thick plates.

Without it, the press brake beam naturally deflects under high load , causing the bent profile to be thinner in the middle (canoe effect). The crowning system compensates this deflection automatically, guaranteeing high-precision, consistent results for quality fabrication.

    Crowning Maintenance
    Maintain Peak Performance Regular maintenance is crucial for the crowning system's accuracy. Key tasks include daily visual checks for damage and cleanliness. Periodically, lubricate all moving parts and gears according to the machine manual's schedule. Ensure the system's hydraulic or mechanical components are free from dust and metal chips to prevent wear and maintain smooth, accurate adjustment functionality.
