  • Description
  • Reduced Heat Generation
The low-friction rolling action of the Rolla-V Die dramatically reduces the heat generated at the bend line compared to the intensive friction created by standard V-Dies. Excessive heat can slightly alter the material's temper or surface finish. By minimizing thermal build-up, the Rolla-V Die helps maintain the inherent properties and characteristics of the sheet metal, ensuring superior part quality and consistent results, especially when working with temperature-sensitive alloys like certain grades of aluminum or thin gauge stainless steel.

    Seamless Integration
Despite its complex internal rolling mechanism, the external geometry of the Rolla-V Die is designed to maintain compatibility with standard press brake beds and common clamping systems (e.g., European/Promecam, Amada). This ensures that fabricators can integrate this advanced press brake tooling without modifications to their existing machinery. The straightforward installation minimizes tool setup time and allows rapid deployment across various bending machines in the shop, maximizing the operational flexibility of the Rolla-V technology.
