  • Against Galling
    Galling (material adhesion) is a common issue when bending high-friction alloys. The rolling action of the Rolla-V Die effectively prevents metal transfer onto the die surface, safeguarding both the material's finish and the tooling profile. This feature is particularly vital when processing demanding materials like thick aluminum or specific stainless grades, ensuring the Rolla-V Die maintains its precision and extends its tooling lifespan without frequent maintenance.

    Advanced Press Brake Dies
    The controlled, low-friction forming mechanism of the Rolla-V Die leads to more uniform material flow during the bend. This results in a highly consistent and predictable level of springback. Fabricators can more reliably program angle compensation into the CNC press brake controller, leading to quicker setup times and a consistently high level of angular accuracy and part repeatability across all production runs.
