This feature is particularly vital when processing demanding materials like thick aluminum or specific stainless grades, ensuring the Rolla-V Die maintains its precision and extends its tooling lifespan without frequent maintenance.

    Advanced Press Brake Dies
    The controlled, low-friction forming mechanism of the Rolla-V Die leads to more uniform material flow during the bend. This results in a highly consistent and predictable level of springback.
