    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

    Die Feature
    Single V tooling and double V tooling has only one or two tooling grooves, which is very common in CNC press brake and has high precision. Multi-V lower toolings are mostly square toolings with multiple tooling grooves on four surfaces of different sizes. The advantage is that there are many tooling grooves and it can adapt to the bending of various thick plates.

    Soft aluminium Tons per unit length x 50%

  • Compatibility with Diverse Materials
    Our radius tools are designed to perform consistently across various metals, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. For abrasive materials like stainless steel, utilizing radius dies made from materials with superior abrasion resistance is key. For soft materials like aluminum, surface coatings (such as polishing or nitriding) on the die can prevent material pickup and scratching, ensuring the final part surface remains flawless.
    Remote Support
    Utilizing Segmented Radius Dies
    For forming very long parts or parts with complex cutouts, segmented radius dies are highly advantageous. These modular pieces allow the operator to build a tool string of the exact required length, ensuring continuous support across the bending line. The modularity also allows for the easy removal of segments to accommodate complex part features like notches or holes, ensuring the tool string maximizes machine utilization and flexibility.
