    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

PUNCH SECTION LENGTHS: 100mm LEFT EAR / 100mm RIGHT EAR / 10mm / 15mm / 20mm / 40mm / 50mm / 200mm / 300mm Note: Special lengths are available at additional cost, just select the standard length and ask us to cut to your requirements.
    Die Feature
Single V tooling and double V tooling has only one or two tooling grooves, which is very common in CNC press brake and has high precision. Multi-V lower toolings are mostly square toolings with multiple tooling grooves on four surfaces of different sizes. The advantage is that there are many tooling grooves and it can adapt to the bending of various thick plates.

    DIE SECTION LENGTHS:100mm / 100mm / 10mm / 15mm / 20mm / 40mm / 50mm / 200mm / 300mm Note: Special lengths are available at additional cost, just select the standard length and ask us to cut to your requirements.

  • Description
  • Measuring and Verification
After forming with a radius die, quality control involves verifying the resulting internal radius. This is typically done using specialized radius gauges or precise measuring tools like profilometers or CMMs. Consistent measurement ensures the actual bend geometry meets the design specification and helps operators identify if the die is wearing down or if the springback compensation requires adjustment, thus maintaining high quality assurance standards.

    Lubrication Benefits in Radius Bending
Although radius bending generally involves less severe friction than sharp bending, applying appropriate tool lubrication is beneficial. A thin film of lubricant can further reduce friction between the workpiece and the die surface, minimizing the chance of scratching on sensitive materials and reducing the required bending tonnage. Proper lubrication extends the life of the radius die and ensures smoother material flow into the desired profile.
