    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

PUNCH SECTION LENGTHS: 100mm LEFT EAR / 100mm RIGHT EAR / 10mm / 15mm / 20mm / 40mm / 50mm / 200mm / 300mm Note: Special lengths are available at additional cost, just select the standard length and ask us to cut to your requirements.

    Die Feature
Single V tooling and double V tooling has only one or two tooling grooves, which is very common in CNC press brake and has high precision. Multi-V lower toolings are mostly square toolings with multiple tooling grooves on four surfaces of different sizes. The advantage is that there are many tooling grooves and it can adapt to the bending of various thick plates.

  • Description
  • Adaptability to Press Brake Types
Our radius tools are manufactured to be compatible with various press brake types, including modern electric press brakes (servo-electric) and traditional hydraulic machines. The high precision and consistent tool shank geometry ensure secure fitting and optimal load transfer across different clamping systems. This versatility allows fabricators to standardize their radius bending processes regardless of the specific brand or technology of their bending machine fleet.

    Cold Forming Limitations
It is crucial to recognize the cold forming limitations of the material when using radius dies. For extremely thick or high-yield strength materials, attempting to form a small radius may exceed the material's ductility, leading to fracturing. Fabricators must reference material specifications and perform preliminary tests. Using overly small radius tools on hard materials can also cause accelerated wear and potential damage to the tooling profile.
