    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

PUNCH SECTION LENGTHS: 100mm LEFT EAR / 100mm RIGHT EAR / 10mm / 15mm / 20mm / 40mm / 50mm / 200mm / 300mm Note: Special lengths are available at additional cost, just select the standard length and ask us to cut to your requirements.
    Die Feature
Single V tooling and double V tooling has only one or two tooling grooves, which is very common in CNC press brake and has high precision. Multi-V lower toolings are mostly square toolings with multiple tooling grooves on four surfaces of different sizes. The advantage is that there are many tooling grooves and it can adapt to the bending of various thick plates.

  • Description
  • Interchangeability and Standardization
To streamline tooling management, many radius dies adhere to universal standards (e.g., European or Amada styles). This interchangeability allows the tools to be used across different brands of press brakes and facilitates integration with quick clamping systems. Standardization simplifies storage, reduces inventory costs, and allows for rapid swapping of radius sizes, greatly enhancing manufacturing flexibility.

    Role in Forming Complex Profiles
Radius tools often serve as the first stage in forming highly complex parts, where a large, accurate radius is required before subsequent sharp bends or offsets. Their reliability makes them the ideal foundation for multi-stage bending processes. Ensuring the initial radius is perfect minimizes cumulative error, enabling the precise completion of the entire complex geometric profile using standard or specialized downstream tooling.
