    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

    Die Feature
    Single V tooling and double V tooling has only one or two tooling grooves, which is very common in CNC press brake and has high precision. Multi-V lower toolings are mostly square toolings with multiple tooling grooves on four surfaces of different sizes. The advantage is that there are many tooling grooves and it can adapt to the bending of various thick plates.

    Soft aluminium Tons per unit length x 50%

    Stainless Tons per unit length x 150%

    All claims or product shortages must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Risk of Over-Bending and Crushing
    While using a radius die often involves bottoming to set the angle, operators must carefully manage the down-stroke depth to prevent crushing the material or excessively thinning the bend area. Over-penetration can damage the tool profile and the part. Precise machine control and adherence to the tonnage chart specific to the radius tool are mandatory safety and quality measures.

    Resistance to Thermal Stress
    In high-speed, repetitive radius bending, localized thermal stress can build up on the die surface. High-grade radius dies are manufactured from materials engineered to resist this thermal degradation. Maintaining the steel's temper and hardness at the surface is crucial for preventing rapid wear and maintaining the precise radius profile over continuous operating cycles, ensuring reliable long-term performance.
