  • Quick Application and Removal
Our anti-marring films are designed for rapid integration into any press brake operation. They feature either a self-adhesive backing for secure attachment to the bottom die or are designed to lay securely in the V-groove. They can be quickly applied and removed without leaving residue on the die or the workpiece. This user-friendly characteristic ensures that the speed gained from using CNC press brakes is not compromised by time-consuming tool setup or cleanup, thus maintaining high production efficiency and uptime.

    Choose the Right Film Thickness
When selecting the appropriate protective film, consider the material thickness being bent and the required tonnage. Thicker films offer more cushioning and abrasion resistance but may slightly affect the required bending force and angle compensation. For heavy-gauge or high-tonnage jobs, a durable, thicker grade is essential. For light-gauge, highly polished materials, a thinner film may suffice. Always check the film manufacturer's specifications for compatibility with your V-die opening and the material's properties to optimize forming accuracy.
