    Multi-Point Crowning System
Compensation is achieved through the lateral relative movement of multiple sets of wedges (slant blocks), which are adjusted via regulating bolts.

    Deflection Crowning System
Compensation is executed by rotating the table along its length, which engages internal wedge sets positioned at various angles. Available in both Manual and Motorized versions. (The motorized version utilizes a displacement sensor to automatically transmit the wedge set displacement to the machine's CNC system for compensation.)

    Bi-Directional Deflection Crowning System
This system allows for compensation through longitudinal adjustment and lateral fine-tuning of internal wedge sets positioned at different angles, offering higher compensation accuracy. The longitudinal adjustment can be Manual or Motorized. (The motorized option features a displacement sensor to automatically relay the wedge set displacement to the machine's CNC system.)

    High-Precision Bi-Directional Deflection Crowning System(Flagship Solution)
The adjustment mechanism is similar to the standard Bi-Directional system, but the internal structure adopts a unique "washboard" (corrugated) design. This structure ensures superior stability in compensation and eliminates repetitive positioning errors. It achieves an overall length error of 0.02mm across 4 meters. It utilizes a customized motor for automatic compensation via the CNC system. With a compact and aesthetically pleasing design, it is the ideal compensation solution for high-precision machinery.

The High-Precision Bi-Directional Deflection Compensation Crowning System can be customized through bespoke manufacturing to fit a wide range of CNC lower dies from different brands and specifications. This flexibility significantly reduces die investment costs and saves both labor and production time.

  • Description
  • Crowning Importance
Essential for Precision Bending The crowning system is vital for ensuring uniform bend angles across the entire length of the workpiece. Without it, the press brake beam naturally deflects under high load , causing the bent profile to be thinner in the middle (canoe effect). The crowning system compensates this deflection automatically, guaranteeing high-precision, consistent results for quality fabrication.

    Crowning Maintenance
Maintain Peak Performance Regular maintenance is crucial for the crowning system's accuracy. Key tasks include daily visual checks for damage and cleanliness. Periodically, lubricate all moving parts and gears according to the machine manual's schedule. Ensure the system's hydraulic or mechanical components are free from dust and metal chips to prevent wear and maintain smooth, accurate adjustment functionality.
