    Angle: 60°
    V-Opening: 8 mm
    Height:60 mm
    Load:600 kN/m max.
    Material:42CrMo, 650 - 800 N/mm

    Die Feature
Single V tooling and double V tooling has only one or two tooling grooves, which is very common in CNC press brake and has high precision. Multi-V lower toolings are mostly square toolings with multiple tooling grooves on four surfaces of different sizes. The advantage is that there are many tooling grooves and it can adapt to the bending of various thick plates.

    1V Die - Intricate Fabrication
Tackle the most intricate sheet metal fabrication projects with our Specialty 1V Die. This essential press brake tool is the go-to solution for small radius bending and forming sharp, acute angles that standard dies cannot produce. Ideal for working with light-gauge metals, it allows fabricators to create complex components for architectural detail, specialized enclosures, and assemblies. The die features a precision-ground V-opening and hardened surfaces to ensure smooth material flow and prevent marking. Integrating this 1V Die into your tooling set immediately upgrades your shop’s capability for detailed metal forming, providing the precision tooling needed to turn sophisticated designs into reality.
