FINPRO is a well designed compact product that provides high safety during a press brake operation.

System consists of a Transmitter and a Receiver. Transmitter is the source of a high quality block laser line which creates a safe working zone by the help of optical sensors on the Receiver side.

Description

HIGH PROTECTION

Both the Transmitter and the Receiver is mounted to the upper beam of the press brake and creates safety field zone during bending operation.

HIGH PRODUCTIVITY

Upper beam can travel at high speed till 12 mm tool opening! Thanks to this short 12 mm Muting Point between the tool tip point of the upper beam and the FINPRO, time at slow speed travel decreases.
As a result of that, machine cycle time decreases and productivity gets increased.

High Capability

High Capability High production capability is possible with FINPRO even working with the small parts! As the safety zone defined 14 mm from the laser on the bending line to the second laser, operator can stand close and work continuously with such small parts easily. Unlike the classic laser curtains, FINPRO allows operator to work without stepping back from the bending area.

Powerful Laser Protection

Powerful Laser Protection FINPRO is equipped with a high quality laser transmitter and optical receivers that generates safety zone during the operation. S1-S2 Laser group have 14 mm distance horizontally between each other to create a safe zone for operator, meaning that any kind of danger is pre-detected by 14 mm from the bending line.

Indicator LED Lights

Receiver side of the FINPRO has two big LED indicator lights where you can visually understand the working mode of FINPRO continuously.

Box Bending

Box Bending mode allows the operator to work box shaped workpieces. Although the interruption of one sensor by workpiece, the other sensor is active for a box bending with a full safety. It is need to switch on the button on the control panel to activate box bending mode and then a very bright yellow LED will turn on which indicates that the box bending is active.

Multi Color LED Indicator

Automatically switches according to current situation of the lasers.

Laser Active Laser Interrupted Muting Mode Indicated by a GREEN light. Shows that there is no interruption of continuous laser light.

Laser Interrupted Indicated by a RED light. Warns that there is an object interrupts the continues laser line and send signal to stop the machine.

Muting Mode Indicated by a BLUE light. With the muting signal from CNC unit, LED turns blue and informs the operator that machine is running at slow speed and security system is not activated.

Quick Assembly

Thanks to four stud bolts design of FINPRO, it is easy to assemble on any holding bars. Just place them from the holes and tighten by the nuts. Please contact for any different assembly conditions.

Easy Alignment Magnets

Thanks to Magnets provided with the FINPRO, Transmitter and Receiver alignment is as easy as assembly. Just stick the magnets to both ends of the upper beam and adjust the height individually to allow the leasers pass through the circles on the magnet.
