Punch FEature

This ensures the final part settles into the desired 90° or 60° angle with unmatched angular consistency and part repeatability.
Our high-precision Acute Punches are designed to be fully compatible with major global standards, including Amada, Eurostamp, Rolleri, and Wila. Whether you are using a Promecam-style clamping or a New Standard system, our 30° and 60° acute tools provide the versatility needed for complex sheet metal folding.

High-Tonnage Structural Integrity

Engineered from high-tensile Chromium-Molybdenum tool steel, our Straight Acute Punches are built to withstand extreme concentrated loads. Despite their slender "sharp" appearance, these tools boast impressive tonnage capacity per meter. This makes them ideal for heavy-duty industrial bending where sharp internal radii are required on thicker plate stock without risking tool deformation or catastrophic failure.
Ideal as a high-quality replacement for Eurostamp 11.250 or Rolleri P.97-30-R1 models, these punches are crafted from 42CrMo and 1.2312 steel. They are the perfect choice for creating return bends and pre-bending for hemming in industries ranging from food equipment to automotive fabrication.
