    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

    6-Axis Backgauge Alignment
    For fabricators utilizing sophisticated 6-axis backgauge systems, the alignment of the punch apex to the tool centerline is critical. Our Standard Punches are CNC-ground to a centering tolerance of 0.01mm. This guarantees that the calculated flange lengths remain perfectly accurate across the entire bending length, even when flipping the part for complex, multi-directional bends. This precision is what allows for "first-part, right-part" production.
