  • Description
  • Surface Integrity and Non-Marking Solutions
Modern architectural metalwork demands flawless aesthetics. Our gooseneck tooling features an ultra-smooth, radius-ground tip that minimizes friction during the metal forming process. When paired with bending film or specialized non-marking lubricants, these punches ensure that brushed stainless steel and decorative aluminum remain scratch-free, meeting the strict standards of the premium appliance industry.

    Precision Hardening for Sharp-Profile Longevity
While many standard punches lose their edge over time, our gooseneck series features specialized deep-case hardening. By focusing the heat treatment on the punch tip and the critical "throat" area, we achieve a perfect balance between surface hardness and core toughness. This prevents the tool edge from rounding off, maintaining sharp bend radii for thousands of cycles in heavy-duty production.
