Punch FEature

Universal Clamping Compatibility

Whether utilizing Wila New Standard, Trumpf style, or European Precision clamping, our Acute Punches feature a precision-engineered tang for perfect self-alignment. The self-seating capability ensures the punch is perfectly centered under the press brake ram, distributing bending tonnage evenly. This precise seating is critical for preventing asymmetrical wear on the clamping system and maintaining the highest levels of operational safety.
Our high-performance Narrow Punches (Skinny Tooling) are specifically engineered for complex bending tasks where standard punches would cause interference. Fully compatible with Amada, Wila (BIU-015/016 equivalent), Rolleri, and Eurostamp systems, these tools provide the necessary clearance for narrow U-profiles and deep channel bending

Optimized Tip Radius

Every Acute Punch is available with multiple tip radius options (e.g., R0.2 mm, R0.6 mm, R1.5 mm) to match specific Minimum Bend Radius (MBR) requirements. A correctly calibrated tip ensures that the bending force does not "pierce" the material, which is vital for maintaining the structural integrity of the part. By selecting the right radius, fabricators can prevent micro-cracking and material thinning at the bend line, especially in aircraft-grade aluminum.
Manufactured from premium 42CrMo steel and precision-ground to ensure maximum accuracy, our narrow top punches allow fabricators to handle intricate designs in electronic enclosures, medical devices, and precision automotive parts. These slim-profile tools are CNC deep-hardened to maintain durability even in high-cycle production environments.
