Optimizing Stroke Depth
The geometry of an Acute Punch is optimized for the air bending method, where the punch pushes the material into the V-die without bottoming out. This allows for a wider range of angles to be produced with a single tool set. Our punches are designed to handle high concentrated tonnages, ensuring that the press brake ram force is transmitted efficiently to the workpiece. This results in cleaner bends and less strain on the machine's hydraulic system, ultimately extending the service life of both the tooling and the press brake.
Our high-performance Narrow Punches (Skinny Tooling) are specifically engineered for complex bending tasks where standard punches would cause interference. Fully compatible with Amada, Wila (BIU-015/016 equivalent), Rolleri, and Eurostamp systems, these tools provide the necessary clearance for narrow U-profiles and deep channel bending.
