Punch FEature

The tool's geometry is calculated to distribute bending force effectively to the punch apex, making it a reliable workhorse for processing medium-to-thin gauge materials where Z-shaped bends and intricate return legs are standard requirements.FABMAX Gooseneck Punches are engineered for complex bending tasks requiring maximum clearance, such as deep U-profiles and multi-stage returns. Fully compatible with Amada, Wila, Rolleri, and Eurostamp systems.

Maintaining Apex Precision

To ensure a long tooling lifespan, our Gooseneck Punches undergo rigorous induction hardening on all functional surfaces, achieving a surface hardness of 56--60 HRC. This deep hardening protects the punch tip radius against abrasive wear from mill scale and prevents "tip flattening" over time.
