Punch FEature

1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.

Achieving Non-MaRKING Bends

To prevent the common issue of "galling"—where small particles of the workpiece fuse to the punch tip—our Acute Punches can be treated with specialized coatings like Black Oxide or Nitriding. These treatments create a low-friction surface that is highly resistant to heat build-up. This is particularly beneficial for high-end architectural cladding or kitchen appliances, as it ensures a non-marring bend and preserves the pristine surface finish of the material, eliminating the need for post-bend cleaning or polishing.
Our high-performance Narrow Punches (Skinny Tooling) are specifically engineered for complex bending tasks where standard punches would cause interference. Fully compatible with Amada, Wila (BIU-015/016 equivalent), Rolleri, and Eurostamp systems, these tools provide the necessary clearance for narrow U-profiles and deep channel bending.

Safety-Click Integration

Modern Straight Acute Punches often come equipped with Safety Clicks (vertical safety pins). This allows the operator to load and unload the top tool vertically from the front of the machine rather than sliding it from the side. This feature is a game-changer for segmented tooling setups, as it allows for the rapid replacement of individual sections without disturbing the entire tooling layout. This modularity significantly improves operational safety and reduces the physical strain on the operator.
