Punch FEature

Torsional Rigidity in 90° Forming

For fabricators working with 6.0mm plate and above, the structural integrity of the top tool is paramount. Our Standard Punches feature a reinforced body designed to mitigate lateral deflection. By centering the punch apex precisely under the clamping tang, the tool ensures that the load path remains perfectly vertical. This stability prevents asymmetrical wear on the press brake's ram and ensures a straight bend line across the entire bending bed, even under maximum tonnage capacity.
Each standard top tool is manufactured from premium 42CrMo alloy steel and features CNC deep hardening to 56-60 HRC. With precision ground surfaces, our standard punches ensure consistent bending angles and exceptional tool life, making them the ideal replacement for your existing European or New Standard tooling.
