    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

  • Superior Springback Compensation
    In precision air bending, managing material memory is the greatest challenge. Our or Eurostamp Style  Acute Punches (available in 30°, 45°, and 60° profiles) are engineered specifically to allow for significant over-bending. This is essential when working with stainless steel or high-yield strength alloys that exhibit extreme springback. By providing the necessary angular clearance, these tools enable the CNC press brake to reach the required depth for absolute angular accuracy and consistent part repeatability.

    Deep Box Forming
    The Straight Acute Punch is the "problem solver" for components with deep vertical walls or intricate return flanges. Unlike gooseneck designs that may interfere with the workpiece during the bending sequence, the slim, vertical architecture of the straight punch offers maximum backgauge clearance. This allows fabricators to form complex, multi-bend geometries and deep-box sections without the risk of tool-to-part collision, expanding the functional limits of your press brake tool inventory. Same as 10.126 / 11.250 / 12.450 Promecam/Amada punch.
