    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

  • Extra-Large Radius Gooseneck Series
    When bending sensitive alloys or high-strength structural plates, a sharp internal radius can lead to material failure. We offer Gooseneck Punches equipped with integrated large tip radii (up to R5.0 mm). This allows for the creation of deep-channel profiles that meet strict Minimum Bend Radius (MBR) requirements. This combination of lateral clearance and material-friendly geometry is essential for aerospace brackets and structural frames where structural integrity is as vital as the part's shape.
    Amada style gooseneck punch compatible with Eurostamp and Rolleri
    Heavy-Duty "Big-Neck" Industrial Profiles
    For heavy-duty applications (e.g., $6.0$ mm mild steel and above), our Heavy-Duty Gooseneck Punches feature a reinforced "Big-Neck" design. While maintaining the necessary return flange clearance, the body is widened at the base to handle significantly higher tonnage limits. This makes it the ideal solution for large-scale industrial enclosures and agricultural machinery components that require both deep-bend accessibility and high-force compression.
