Punch FEature

Rapid Tool Changeover

Following the logic of Trumpf and Wila New Standard systems, our Straight Acute Punches are available in precision-ground segmented tooling sets. These sectionalized pieces allow operators to manually assemble any required tool length in seconds. When combined with clamping systems featuring safety clicks or vertical loading capabilities, tool changeover time is drastically reduced, making it the ideal choice for high-mix, low-volume sheet metal fabrication environments.
Our high-precision Acute Punches are designed to be fully compatible with major global standards, including Amada, Eurostamp, Rolleri, and Wila. Whether you are using a Promecam-style clamping or a New Standard system, our 30° and 60° acute tools provide the versatility needed for complex sheet metal folding.

Protecting Esthetic Finishes

For high-end architectural panels or mirror-finish stainless steel, surface marring is unacceptable. Our Acute Punches feature a micro-polished tip radius and can be used in conjunction with specialized coatings or protective cloths to prevent die marks. Because the acute design concentrates bending tonnage on a very small area, the precision-ground finish of the tool is critical to ensuring a non-marring bend, eliminating the need for expensive secondary polishing or finishing.
Ideal as a high-quality replacement for Eurostamp 11.250 or Rolleri P.97-30-R1 models, these punches are crafted from 42CrMo and 1.2312 steel. They are the perfect choice for creating return bends and pre-bending for hemming in industries ranging from food equipment to automotive fabrication.
