Punch FEature

Lean Changeover

Optimized for lean manufacturing, our Acute Punches come in sectionalized (segmented) sets. These modular pieces, often featuring Safety Clicks for vertical loading, allow for rapid tool changeover and easy handling by a single operator. Each segment is CNC-ground to sub-micron geometric tolerances, ensuring that when the segments are combined, the bending length is perfectly level and seamless, providing a flawless finish across the entire bending bed.
Our high-precision Acute Punches are designed to be fully compatible with major global standards, including Amada, Eurostamp, Rolleri, and Wila. Whether you are using a Promecam-style clamping or a New Standard system, our 30° and 60° acute tools provide the versatility needed for complex sheet metal folding.
Our high-performance Narrow Punches (Skinny Tooling) are specifically engineered for complex bending tasks where standard punches would cause interference. Fully compatible with Amada, Wila (BIU-015/016 equivalent), Rolleri, and Eurostamp systems, these tools provide the necessary clearance for narrow U-profiles and deep channel bending.

Friction-Reducing Surface Treatments

For the fabrication of aluminum and pre-painted panels, our Straight Acute Punches can be supplied with a nitrided or Ozu-coated surface. These specialized treatments significantly reduce the coefficient of friction between the tool and the workpiece. This results in non-marring bending performance, as the material slides smoothly over the punch tip, effectively eliminating the "galling" or metallic pick-up that often ruins the aesthetic finish of sensitive parts.
Manufactured from premium 42CrMo steel and precision-ground to ensure maximum accuracy, our narrow top punches allow fabricators to handle intricate designs in electronic enclosures, medical devices, and precision automotive parts. These slim-profile tools are CNC deep-hardened to maintain durability even in high-cycle production environments.
