    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

    PUNCH SECTION LENGTHS: 100mm LEFT EAR / 100mm RIGHT EAR / 10mm / 15mm / 20mm / 40mm / 50mm / 200mm / 300mm Note: Special lengths are available at additional cost, just select the standard length and ask us to cut to your requirements.

    Our 85-degree standard press brake punch is engineered for high-precision fabrication. This specific angle is designed to account for material springback, ensuring workpieces achieve a perfect 90-degree bend. With an R0.8mm tip radius, it delivers clean bend lines while maintaining tool durability.

    Optimal Clearance and Build Quality
    Featuring a 67mm effective height, this tool offers ample clearance for complex U-shaped parts and deep flanges. It is manufactured from high-grade 42CrMo alloy steel and undergoes induction hardening to HRC 47±2, ensuring the punch withstands heavy-duty CNC bending cycles without deformation.
