  • FABMAX DIES-System Amada

    Die Feature
    Single V tooling and double V tooling has only one or two tooling grooves, which is very common in CNC press brake and has high precision. Multi-V lower toolings are mostly square toolings with multiple tooling grooves on four surfaces of different sizes. The advantage is that there are many tooling grooves and it can adapt to the bending of various thick plates.

    All claims or product shortages must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Double the Bending Flexibility
    The key advantage of the 2V Die is its dual functionality, offering two different V-openings (V-grooves) within a single bottom die tool. This design drastically improves production efficiency by eliminating the need for a tool changeover when switching between two common bending applications (e.g., bending thin gauge vs. thick plate). Operators simply flip the die or shift the material to use the alternate V-opening, maximizing press brake utilization and minimizing machine downtime. This is ideal for high-mix fabrication environments.

    Tooling Inventory and Storage
    The 2V Die provides significant advantages in tooling management and capital costs. By consolidating two essential V-dies into one physical tool, it cuts the required tooling inventory and associated storage space in half. This reduces the initial tooling investment and simplifies inventory tracking. Furthermore, having two standard V-openings readily available enhances operator flexibility and ensures that common bending requirements can be met instantly without searching for or retrieving a separate press brake tool.
